Gay Man Sent To The ER After Run-In With 10-Incher Shares Some Sage Advice

It’s been five years since a 19-year-old made national headlines after being admitted to the ER for a ruptured airway after a sexual misadventure with his well-endowed neighbor.

In 2018, Fredy Alanis shared his story on Snapchat with the caption, “Dick sent me to the ER.”

Alanis later posted that Snapchat screenshot in a tweet that read: “Excuse the bad angle but remember when I sucked a Hulk-sized dick and ended up in the ER afterwards LMFAO never forget.”

Alanis, who lived in Chicago at the time, explained that after the hookup he felt a “soreness in his chest” that eventually escalated to “the most ridiculous pain I’ve ever felt in my whole entire life”.

“When I went to the doctor…I didn’t tell them exactly what happened because my mom drove me to the hospital. I told my mom that the night before I was violently coughing. I had to pull something out of my ass really quick to cover it up,” he recalled.

At the hospital, the doctors that spoke to Alanis explained that “there was a rupture in my airway” and that “getting the airway ruptured through oral intercourse is one in millions.” It was eventually diagnosed as pneumomediastinum, a condition where loose air leaks into your chest cavity (in Alanis’ case caused by a tear in his airway).

Alanis kicked off this year’s Pride Month with a humorous tweet reflecting back on his viral tweet and sharing some sage advice with his Twitter followers.

“Happy 5 years and happy pride to the moment I’ll never be able to live down,” he tweeted on Wednesday.

Asked how to best avoid repeating his mistake, Alanis replied, “Never suck dick at an angle, and if you must don’t force it cause you’ll almost die :)”

Alanis says he has since hooked up with his former neighbor again, although more cautiously this time around.

“I’ve actually seen him since then. I saw him two weeks ago, I’m not even going to lie. I told him what happened and since then when we decide to hook up or whatever he is a lot less rough. He’s more cautious and aware of what he’s doing. I don’t want to be in the hospital! He told me he felt so bad. He works in an ambulance so he’s pretty aware of the human body and what’s possible,” Alanis said.

“I was texting him on my way to the hospital and I said my chest is really hurting and he said he hoped he didn’t cause it because he knows it’s possible.”
