Texas Hate Preacher Calls For The Execution Of All LGBTQ+ Americans: ‘Why Do They Even Exist?’

A Texas fundamentalist hate pastor has called for the arrest and execution of all LGBTQ+ Americans just months after delivering a vile sermon in which he prayed for “every homo that exists” to suffer “a slow, painful death.”

In a clip posted to Twitter on Friday, Duncan Urbanek, the pastor of Pure Words Baptist Church in southwest Houston, asked his congregation why gay people “even exist?”

“Why do they even exist?” he asked, before quoting the Bible and calling for the arrest and execution of the LGBTQ+ community. “Leviticus 20:13. It should be a crime. They should be arrested and tried and be executed by the government. Why should we even be discussing them being married or sharing bathrooms with the opposite gender? It shouldn’t even be on the table for discussion.”

“And now they’re just letting these raging sodomites. You know why sodomites want to adopt children?,” he said referring to adoptive same-sex couples, “So they can abuse them. That’s the only reason.”

In a viral video clip shared earlier this year, Urbanek shared how he prays for gay people to suffer horrible, painful deaths.

“I have no sympathy for them. I have no love for them. They hate God! They’ve already rejected God! And if God rejected them, why would I accept them?” Urbanek said. “That’s why I just pray that they just go to hell! And that’s a good imprecatory prayer to have: Hey Lord, let him drop straight into hell right now.”

“I mean, if that’s not gonna happen, you know, let him get run over by a bus! A huge semi-truck! A Mack truck! I mean, let him get struck by lightning. I mean, give him cancer. Let the AIDS just infest their whole body and just die right now. Just destroy them. I mean, I don’t care which way you do it, Lord. Just kill them right now. Break their teeth in their mouth. Let them have a slow, painful death.”
