U.S. Navy officials have issued a statement admitting that one of its aircraft was used in the drawing of a penis in the skies over a Washington state county.
Officials at the Naval Air Station Whidbey Island in northwest Washington said their aircraft was used in the skywriting, reports KREM 2.
“The Navy holds its aircrew to the highest standards and we find this absolutely unacceptable, of zero training value and we are holding the crew accountable,” the officials said in a statement.

Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) officials admitted there was very little they could do about the skywriting since it did not pose a risk to people’s safety. They added that the FAA “cannot police morality.”
