Watch Trump Ruin Easter For One Of His Youngest Fans; Gets Nudge From Melania To Raise Hand For National Anthem

While shaking hands and greeting people at Monday’s White House Easter Egg Roll, Donald Trump was asked by a kid to sign a red hat, presumably a ‘Make America Great Again’ hat.

After he graciously signed the hat, Trump threw the hat into the crowd.

The hat’s young owner can be heard screaming “no!” while Trump can be seen laughing, although it is unclear what made him so amused.

Mashable adds:

The same voice can then be heard saying “thank you,” while Trump accepted another hat to sign, which he handed back to the owner. He then proceeds to hold up a pen while saying “who’s hat?” because, um, we actually don’t have an answer to that?

Nothing says “the spirit of Easter” like pranking kids in a fashion typically reserved for uncles trying to get their nieces and nephews to leave them alone.

Things only went downhill from there.

During the singing of the national anthem at the White House Egg Roll on Monday, Trump needed a little reminder to put his hand over his heart.

Watch Melania give her husband a little nudge:

“We’re right on track. You see what’s happening,” Trump told a crowd of kids while standing next to the Easter bunny.

Trump tasked Sean Spicer with reading the book “How To Catch The Easter Bunny” to a group of kids at the White House Easter Egg Roll.

Here’s how that went down:

Trump also published a series of unhinged tweets Monday morning while watching cable news, praising “Fox and Friends” and criticizing other members of the “Fake Media”.
