N.C. Gov. Orders Caitlyn Jenner To Shower With Him In Men’s Showers, Jenner Responds: Gross!

So Governor Pat McCrory of North Carolina thinks Caitlyn Jenner should use the men’s showers in his state. Jenner’s response? “Gross!”

The Republican governor is fighting for re-election next month and made the comments during a recent debate with his Democratic opponent, Roy Cooper.

North Carolina and McCrory have already lost out big because of HB 2, but he just can’t seem to let it go.

In March, McCrory signed into law The Public Facilities Privacy and Security Act, now known simply as HB2, which outlaws transgender people from using public restrooms in accordance with their gender identity and bans local ordinances that would in any way protect gay people from discrimination in housing, employment or accommodation.

It’s “common sense”, he continues to insist.

“If you’re in our schools, if you’re a man, you’ve got to go to the man’s locker room, restroom or shower, and if you’re a woman you’ve got to go to the appropriate shower,” he said during the televised debate.

When asked if those same rules would apply to Jenner, McCrory responded: “If she’s going to shower at a facility at UNC-Chapel Hill after running around the track, she’s going to use the men’s shower.”

To be honest, I’m a little surprised to see McCrory using the right pronouns.

A registered Republican, Jenner is all the same less than happy with his words.

“So I’m supposed to use the same shower as this guy?? Gross!” she tweeted, along with a not so glamorous photo of the governor.

I wonder if Jenner might just be happy with the news that McCrory’s trailing in the race…
