Yes, you read that headline correctly. The fine folks in charge of @USAirways’ twitter account, ‘accidentally’ tweeted a very not safe for work image of a model airplane inside of a woman’s vagina.

According to Deadspin, @USAirways tweeted the photo out twice, and was originally tweeted to American Airlines.

This was the original tweet by @ARTxDEALER tweeted to American Airlines:
